Hi, ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meinem Loft, das ich als Fotostudio nutze. Das bedeutet, abends bist Du alleine in dem Loft. Ich bin nur tagsüber entweder im Büro oder in dem anderen Zimmer arbeiten. Du verfügst über ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad (Küche nach Vereinbarung). Das Loft hat eine schöne Lounge (30 m2) und ein Balkon von 20 m Länge. Das Zimmer kann ab 30 Tagen gemietet werden.
Ich freue mich auf nette Menschen, die in Münchner Raum auf Businessreise sind.
Das Loft ist sehr zentral gelegen, ca. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, 2 Minuten zu Fuß ist die Busstation. Innerhalb von Minuten ist man im Grünen für einen Spaziergang, Jogging, Fahrradfahren oder Schwimmen. Der Tegernsee ist 20 Minuten entfernt, wie auch kleinere Seen im Wald, etc. Es ist eine schöne Gegend mit viel Natur und Ruhe.
Gute Anbindung zur Münchner Autobahn (2 Minuten). 200 Meter entfernt ist Aldi, Lidl und Anderl Getränkemarkt).
Ich bin der einzige Mitbewohner und meine Kunden.
Rauchen ist nicht gestattet in dem Loft.
