I am a very clean and Very quiet guy, with a personal background to match. I am an honest, upright, professional, who is respectful of other people's space, property, and privacy. Am new to the area, and enjoy making friends. Also very handy around the house / apartment etc. With skills from my technical background, I would be happy to do chores, repairs, etc. if needed, in exchange for rent concessions or other privileges. My preferred rent range is from €250 to €300 per/mo. I don't smoke, rarely drink - (1 is my usual limit) I have a positive mental attitude, with an easygoing and cheerful disposition, Also good with pets, children and other guests. Hoping to find a roommate with.....or rent from someone with..... similar traits as I have listed. Prefer situation with Internet connection, laundry and at least modest cooking or grilling privileges if possible. I am working 50 + hours a week. Your location looks ideal as it is 5 min.
