I am a sub-tenant and I have to move out of the room I am subletting sooner, since I found a more permanent solution. I am looking for someone who would like to take the furnished room just for a month. Ideally someone who wants a temporary space while they are searching for a more permanent solution since the main tenant will take over the room from January on. The main tenant is aware of this arrangement and is cool with it!
The room comes with a bed, mattress, table, chair, shelf and a cupboard for your clothes.
Since I am already the sub-tenant, it is unfortunately not possible to make a contract or be able to register at the city hall!
The room is among the student dorms in Efferen. Very student-friendly area with access to supermarkets like Lidl and Rewe right next to the station. The haltestelle is a 10 min walk from the dorm and the number 18 (comes every 10 minutes) takes you right into the city. The student club Effererino is also open once a week for students.
You will live with 3 guys.
Shumpei from Japan is doing his Masters in Business. Michele from Italy is also studying the same. Onur from Kurdistan is studying to be a lawyer.
All of them are wonderful people and we respect each other. We never had any problems and loved to get together for a tea or coffee sometimes in the kitchen and we also take care of cleaning regularly :)
The rent is all inclusive. I pay 300. Since it is without anmeldung, I thought 250 would be a fair price. The deposit will be paid back in a week of moving out.
Again, please be advised that there will be no contract. I would expect the rent to be paid on the day you move in. We can talk more about the details in the chat if you are interested :)
