Die WG verfügt über zwei Badezimmer – beide mit Toilette, eines davon zusätzlich mit Dusche und Badewanne – was eine Nutzung ohne zeitliche Überschneidungen ermöglicht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und weiteren Geräten. Eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion rundet das Angebot ab. Die Möbel werden gegen eine Ablöse von 250 € angeboten.

The room is approximately 23 sqm, bright, and fully furnished. It includes a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a television, and a TV cabinet. The shared apartment has two bathrooms – both with a toilet, and one of them also equipped with a shower and bathtub – which helps avoid scheduling conflicts. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and other appliances. A washing machine with a drying function is also available. The furniture is offered for a compensation fee of €250.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stadtzentrum. Ein Nahkauf ist in nur 1 Minute erreichbar, während Kaufland in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, und mit dem Fahrrad ist die Uni in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Fahrräder können bequem im Keller abgestellt werden.

The apartment is located right in the city center. A convenience store is just a 1-minute walk away, and Kaufland can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, and the university is about a 10-minute bike ride away. Bicycles can be conveniently stored in the basement.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Hannah (20, AMW), Nina (22, ET) und Nitika (25, IB). Alle sind nett und offen. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen – sei es in der Küche bei einem entspannten Gespräch, beim gemeinsamen Kochen oder bei einer Runde Mario Kart auf unserem WG-Beamer. Uns ist wichtig, dass unsere WG mehr als nur ein funktionaler Wohnraum bleibt, und wir würden uns freuen, wenn das auch in Zukunft so bleibt. Parallel wird aktuell ein weiteres Zimmer frei, für das wir noch einen Mitmieter suchen.

Your roommates are Hannah (20, AMW), Nina (22, ET), and Nitika (25, IB). They are friendly and open. We enjoy spending time together – whether it's having a relaxed chat in the kitchen, cooking together, or playing a round of Mario Kart on our shared apartment projector. It is important to us that our flatshare remains more than just a functional living space, and we hope to keep it that way.
