Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG in der Poststraße. In der WG gibt es fast alles was das Herz begehrt sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir besitzen eine Waschmaschine und 1 Bad und eine seperate Toilette.
ZImmer: Das Zimmer ist Richtung Osten und somit hat man in den Morgenstunden häufig Sonne.
Durch die gute Dämmung des Hauses ist es auch im Winter immer schön warm und man braucht relativ wenig heizen.
Die Miete beträgt 202,30 warm.
Die WG liegt zentral direkt bei der Kirche und es sind zahlreiche Geschäfte in der Nähe. DM/Teegut/Kaufland/Müller/Bioladen und diverse Bäcker etc.
In der Küche wird gerne über Gott und die Welt geredet und auch sonst hat man eigentlich immer irgendjemand zum Unterhalten in der Wohnung.
Strom und sonstige Kosten werden über den Untermietvertrag festgelegt und du musst dich also um nichts kümmern.
Fahrradkeller und Keller vorhanden, falls man doch einmal zu viele Gegenstände hat.
