Hi WG-Suchende/r,
ich suche für mein 13qm Zimmer in unserer 75qm großen Wohnung, eine/n Untermieter/in für 2 Jahre. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau und wurde 2019 komplette neu saniert und renoviert. Sie ist in Küche, Bad, Flur, Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer aufgeteilt und hat einen Balkon. Im Hausflur ist Platz für ein Fahrrad und ein Stellplatz im Hof ist optional auch dabei (25€/Monat). Mein Zimmer würde ich am liebsten möbliert lassen, darüber können wir aber gerne nochmal reden.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Ober-Ingelheim und ist in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof, Boehringer Ingelheim Gelände und der Neuen Mitte (Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Müller, H&M, C&A usw.)
