Da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe, möchte ich mein Zimmer ab 1. Dezember abgeben. Die Mietkosten betragen 410 € pro Monat, Pauschalmietpreis im Angebot. Der Zimmereigentümer kann den Preis um 10-20 Euro erhöhen.
Die Küche sollte von 5 Personen gemeinsam genutzt werden und das Badezimmer muss von 3 Personen gemeinsam genutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schrank, einem Arbeitstisch, einem Bett und einer Matratze sowie einem Monitor ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, wie z. B. einer Spülmaschine, einem Kühlschrank, Tellern, Besteck und Schüsseln.

Hello Everyone,
As I am moving to a different city, I would like to give my room starting from 1st of December. The rental cost is €410 per month, flat rental price on offer. Room Owner might increase the rent by 10-20 Euros.
The kitchen should be shared by 5 people and the bathroom must be shared by 3 people. The room is equipped with a closet, a work table, a bed and mattress and a monitor. A washing machine is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as a dishwasher, a refrigerator, plates, cutlery and bowls.

In 4 Gehminuten erreichen Sie eine Bushaltestelle, die Sie direkt zum ZOB und Bahnhof bringt. Supermärkte wie Penny und Norma sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Kuafland ist auch in der Nähe. Der Westpark ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt.
Es wird 6 freundliche Mitbewohner geben. Alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit zueinander.
Gesucht wird jemand, der aufgeschlossen ist und bereit ist, Küche und Bad zu teilen.
