Da ich das Wintersemester im Ausland verbringen werde, wird in unserer 2er-WG für diesen Zeitraum ein Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4ten Stock eines Altbaus in der Innsbrucker Altstadt (Herzog Friedrich Straße) und verfügt über Abstellraum, Küche und Bad mit separat verschließbarem WC. Das Zimmer liegt in Richtung Innenhof und somit ist es immer angenehm ruhig. Zusätzlich besticht das Zimmer mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, der durch seine Größe zusätzlich als Lagerraum genutzt werden kann.

Since I’ll be spending the fall semester abroad, a room in our 2-person flat will be available for that period.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building in the city centre of Innsbruck (Herzog Friedrich Straße) and features a storage room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate lockable toilet. The room faces the inner courtyard, ensuring a quite atmosphere. Additionally, the room includes a walk-in closet that can also be used as additional storage space due to its size.
Die Wohnung ist extrem zentral gelegen und besticht durch die Nähe zu allem, was man braucht. Geschäfte, Bars, Supermärkte, Uni, die Klinik sowie Bahnhof und Bushaltestellen sind bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located in the old town of Innsbruck and stands out due to its proximity to everything you need. Shops, bars, supermarkets, the university, the hospital, as well as train and bus stops, are all easily reachable within a few minutes on foot.
Deine Mitbewohnerin, Camila, steht gerade kurz vor ihrem BA(Spanisch, Universität Innsbruck) und arbeitet nebenher am Flughafen. Das Zusammenleben gestaltet sich bei uns sehr entspannt, wobei jeder seinen Freiraum hat, aber auch gemeinsame Unternehmungen gern gesehen sind.
Your flatmate, Camila, is currently close to completing her BA in Spanish at the University of Innsbruck and also works part-time at the airport. Living together with us is very relaxed, with each person having their own space, but also welcoming shared activities.

Die Miete für das 22 qm große Zimmer beträgt 436€, dazu kommen 55€ für die Betriebskosten (Strom, Gas und WLan). Die Möbel bleiben komplett im Zimmer und können gegen eine kleine Kaution genutzt werden.
Der Zeitraum für die Zwischenmiete wäre von 01.08.2023 bis 31.01.2024.
