Da ich von Ende Januar bis Juni ein Eramus machen werde, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist etwa 12qm groß und würde über den Zeitraum komplett möberliert bleiben. Natürlich würde ich mein eigenes Zeugs zuammenräumen und in den Keller bringen, sodass du genug Platz hast deine eigenen Sachen einzuräumen.
Über das genaue Einzug- und Auszugdatum kann auch nochmal geredet werden :)

Hey everyone :)
Since I’ll be doing an Erasmus exchange from the end of January to June, I’d like to sublet my room for this period. The room is about 12 sqm and will remain fully furnished during the time. Of course, I’ll tidy up my personal belongings and store them in the basement so you’ll have plenty of space for your own things.
The exact move-in and move-out dates can definitely be discussed :)
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Man ist direkt in der Innensatdt und hat direkt vor der Haustür verschiedene Einkuafsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Spar, Billa). Auch die Tram- und Bushaltestellen sind nur 2 min entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, von dort aus kommt man mit den Bussen in alle nächstgelegenen Ski- und Wandergebiete. Also perfekt für alle die gerne in der Natur unterwegs sind.

The apartment is in a perfect location. You’re right in the city center with various shopping options (Hofer, Spar, Billa) just outside the door. Tram and bus stops are only a 2 minute walk away. The main train station is also just a few minutes on foot, and from there you can catch buses to all the nearby ski and hiking areas. Perfect for anyone who loves spending time in nature.
Du wirst zusammen wohnen mit Sarah (25, studiert Architektur), Viviana (23, studiert Physik) und Tom (24, studiert Mechatronik). Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und freundschaftlich. Es wird gerne in der Küche zusammen gequatscht, zusammen gespielt oder Filme geschaut. Hin und wider unternehmen wir auch gerne außerhalb der WG was zusammen, z.B. Ski- oder radfahren. Es wäre auf jeden Fall toll wenn du auch Lust hast das WG-Leben gemeinschaftlich zu gestalten und Lust hast gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Da Viviana aus Italien ist und zwar etwas deutsch versteht, aber noch nicht so gut reden kann, wäre es auf jeden Fall gut, wenn du dich wohl damit fühlst auch englisch zu reden (es ist aber gar nicht wichtig, dass du perfekt englisch kannst, können wir nämlich auch nicht haha).
Was auch noch wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass Viviana eine Katze (Mia) hat. Sie hält sich vor allem in Vivianas Zimmer auf, aber läuft natürlich auch durch die Wohnung. Ins Bad geht sie jedoch nicht und auch nicht in die Zimmer von den anderen, wenn man das nicht möchte.

You will be living together with Sarah (25, studying Architecture), Viviana (23, studying Physics), and Tom (24, studying Mechatronics). Life in the shared apartment is very relaxed and friendly. We enjoy chatting together in the kitchen, playing games or watching movies. From time to time, we also like to do activities outside the apartment together, for exmaple skiing or cycling. It would definitely be great if you’re also interested in contributing to the communal living and spending time together. Since Viviana is from Italy and understands some German but isn’t yet very fluent, it would be good if you feel comfortable speaking English as well (but it’s not important for you to speak perfect English, because we don’t either haha).
It’s also important to mention that Viviana has a cat (Mia). She mostly stays in Viviana’s room but of course she's also strolling around the apartment. She doesn’t go into the bathroom or into the other roommates rooms unless you prefer her not to.
