Unfortunatley we have to leave Villa Kunterbunt thats why we are looking for a nice person for our beautiful big apartment in the heart of Pradl!
The apartment is really beautiful, Villa Kuntabunt tells its own tale..:) we have a nice big kitchen and a loggia towards the south. So sun bathing for all our plants as well as us is possible year round!
Bikes can be parked in the backyard under a roof..or in the apartment obviously!
The room is quadratic, around 25m2, has two big windows and quite high ceiling. There is a big sleeping couch I could let in the room.
We shared the room, about the possibility for sharing you would have to talk to the owner again.
The location is super good, Pradl is a calmer neighbourhood. There are 2 supermarkets, post office, kebab place, pharmacy just outside the door. Tram and bus lines are within 3 min walking. To the city center, university its 10 min, 5 min to central station by bike. The beautiful Rapoldi Park for chilling, slackline, yoga etc. is also aorund corner :)
You would share the flat with 2 other beautiful people.
Tabea (23) studies psychology in the second year, organizes raves and loves DJing, has her own little makramee buisness and is stoked for free skiing if her meniscus let her..
Melissa (23) also studies psychology in the second year, gives yoga courses in the park, likes wood carving and just felt deeply in love with snowboarding last winter.
The two are super open minded and easy going.
We save food and cook together, play rummikub or chill out in our loggia :)
