Die Klinik und Uni sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.

Öffis und Westbahnhof ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.
Da man zu Fuss locker zur Uni gehen kann, oder mit dem Fahrrad sowieso gleich in der Stadt oder am Inn oder an der Uni ist, ist der grosse überdachte Fahrrad-Stellplatz im Innenhof sehr praktisch!

It is a shared flat for 4 people. Of course you have your own room (can be locked separately). You share the bathroom, kitchen and cellar with the other 3 residents of the flat. You share the garden with the other residents of our house.

Die Möbel sind fest verbaut und im Preis inkl.
Der grosse Gemeinschaftsgarten ist vor allem im Sommer super. Man kann dort lernen, chillen, grillen oder einfach ein bisschen Ruhe tanken. Und das mitten in der Stadt!
Die Küche ist funktional und komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt einen weiteren grossen Kühlschrank im Gang.
Es gibt ein grosses (16qm) Kellerabteil mit Stromanschluss, für z.B. Ski, Fahrräder oder auch einen Tiefkühler oder ein E-bike.

The furniture is fixed and included in the price.
The large communal garden is great, especially in summer. You can study there, chill out, have a barbecue or simply enjoy some peace and quiet. And in the middle of the city!
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped. There is a second fridge in the hallway.
There is a large (16sqm) cellar compartment with electricity, e.g. for skis, bikes or another freezer or an e-bike.
