Mein Name ist David und ich suche eine/einen neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Ich lebe mit einer weiteren Person zusammen und hoffe dass unsere 3er WG sich im September vervollständigt bis Ende Februar.
Location:
Wir wohnen in der Leopoldstraße 50 und haben eine super Ausgangslage für etwaige Hobbies und Aktivitäten. Keine 4 Minute sind eine Mpreis und ein Spar.
Hoppies:
Ich gehe gerne skifahren, ins gym, joggen und Rennrad fahren sowie mountainbiken.
WG:
Internet, Wasser, Gas usw. ist in der Miete einbezogen. Es können kosten auftreten, falls du mehr verbrauchst als Ausgemacht, aber dass ist jetzt letztes Jahr noch nicht gewesen.
Wir haben eine große Küche und ein tolles Wohnzimmer mit Sofas und Fernseher, außerdem stehen sehr viele Brettspiele in der WG zur Verfügung.

Location:
We live at Leopoldstraße 50 and are in a great location for any hobbies and activities. Less than 4 minutes away are a Mpreis and a Spar.
Hobbies:
I enjoy skiing, going to the gym, jogging, road biking and mountain biking.
WG:
Internet, water, gas etc is included in the rent. There may be costs if you use more than agreed, but that hasn't happened in the last year.
We have a large kitchen and a great living room with sofas and TV, and there are lots of board games available in the shared flat.
