ich biete mein schönes Zimmer an, da ich wegen meiner Masterarbeit wegziehe.
Von den 400 € Ablösesumme ist das abgebildete Mobiliar enthalten außer Bürostuhl, Hantelbank und Technik (Matratze ist relativ neu, kam 339 €).
Das Zimmer ist hell und heizt sich nicht so auf, da die Sonne ab Spätnachmittag rein scheint.

I am offering my beautiful room as I am moving away for my Master's thesis.
The 400 € transfer fee includes the furniture shown except for the office chair, fan, weight bench and screen (mattress is relatively new, came to 339 €).
The room is bright and doesn't get too hot as the sun shines in from late afternoon.

Unter der Woche sind meine Mitbewohner oft mit der Uni oder der Arbeit beschäftigt (Alwin - Medizin, Hüseyin - Architekt). Abends ist eigentlich immer Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch in der Küche.
