Diese helle, möblierte und komplett renovierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 100 m² Wohnfläche befindet sich in der 4. Etage eines gepflegten und hübschen Neubauwohnhauses.
Alle Zimmer sind mit dem zentralen Korridor der Wohnung verbunden.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Backofen und einer gut funktionierenden Spülmaschine. Wir haben einen eigenen Wifi-Anschluss, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner (alle in den Nebenkosten enthalten). Ein großer Abstellraum im Keller, gehört ebenfalls zur Wohnung. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Eingang. Weitere Parkplätze finden Sie rund um das Haus.

It is a well-lit and cozy room. You are welcome to take over the furniture (I'll offer a very fair price👍).
This bright, furnished und completely renovated 3-room apartment with 100 m² living space is located in the 4th floor of a well-kept new apartment house.
All rooms are connected to the central corridor of the apartment. The kitchen is well furnished, with an oven and well functioning dishwasher. We have our own Wifi connection, washing machine, as well as dryer (all included in the Nebenkosten). A big storage room in the cellar also belongs to the apartment. The apartment's designated parking spot is directly in front of the entrance. Additional parking places can be found around the house.
Die WG befindet sich im in der Werkstättestraße, und somit in bester Lage in KL. Sowohl zur Innenstadt, dem Bahnhof, dem Park als auch der Uni sind es nur kurze Entfernungen.
Nachfolgend eine Übersicht der Entfernungen zu den wichtigsten Orten in der Stadt:
Hauptbahnhof: 350m / 5min zu Fuß
Innenstadt/Fußgängerzone: 600m / 8min zu Fuß
TU Kaiserslautern: 2km
Bushaltestelle: 50m / <1min zu Fuß
Außerdem befindet sich ein eigener Parkplatz, direkt vor der Eingangstür zum Wohnhaus.

The apartment is located in the Werkstättestraße, and therefore in one of the best areas of Kaiserslautern. The distance from to the city, the train station, park, and the university is very short.

Yassine macht seinen Bachelor in Mathematik an der Universität und Christen arbeitet am DFKI. Beide sind nette, respektvolle und rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohner.

Yassine is doing his bachelors in mathematics at the university and Christen works at DFKI. Both are nice, respectful and considerate flatmates.
Für jedes Zimmer wird ein eigener Mietvertrag abgeschlossen. Die Kaution für jedes Zimmer beträgt das Doppelte der Grundmiete.
