Die Lage:
- super Verkehrsanbindung (keine 5 Minuten zum HBF)

I’m offering my lovely room in a charming old building with high ceilings for rent. The apartment is centrally located, just a short walk from the main train station, and has excellent transport connections.
The room:
- big room with plenty of space for a bed, desk, sofa, and more
- High ceilings for a light and airy feel
- Private door leading to the bathroom
The apartment:
- 3-person shared flat
- Large kitchen for cooking together and social evenings
- Built-in wardrobe in the hallway
- Bathroom with both a shower and bathtub (+ dishwasher and washing machine)
- Separate toilet
The location:
- Great transport links (less than 5 minutes to the main train station)
- 10-minute walk to the city center
What we’re looking for:
An open-minded, friendly flatmate for a sociable living environment
The rent is 310€ including utilities. Additional costs of around 70€ for electricity and internet. The room is available from March 1st.
