ich werde demnächst aus der 2-er WG ausziehen, daher wird dort ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, direkt unten drunter sind die Garagen, daher keine Einbruchgefahr. Es ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit kleiner Küche und Bad. Küche ist voll eingerichtet, inklusive Mikrowelle, Toaster, Elektrogrill, großem Kühlschrank und ausreichend Geschirr. Im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das frei werdende Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon und liegt in Süd-West-Himmelsrichtung, sodass ihr abends relativ lange die Abendsonne genießen könnt. Bezüglich der Einrichtung wäre es sehr vorteilhaft, wenn der vorhandene Kleiderschrank von dir weitergenutzt wird. Gerne kann ich auch weiteres Mobiliar zur Verfügung stellen, wenn das gewünscht ist.
Bzgl. des Einzugsdatums müssten wir uns nochmal absprechen, da bin ich relativ flexibel, wobei auch Einzüge bis zum 01.12.13 möglich sind.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch einfach, bin bis zum 15.10.13 ganztags erreichbar.
