Nice fully furnished shared room in a 200 sqm apartment approx. 2 km from the Rhein Waal University of Applied Sciences(HSRW) and the city center of Kamp-Lintfort.
The room is about 15 square meters large and equipped with furniture, TV, radio, bedding, towels, and so on.
The 80 square meters common room/kitchen/bathroom/guest toilet and the covered terrace can be shared. The garden can be used by arrangement.
To the public transport (bus connection) it is about 400 meters and to the supermarket and so on about 950 meters.
The rent includes the additional costs except GEZ(the TV tax).
A connection to public transport can be reached in about 450 meters in the direction of Moers /Duisburg HBF/ Düsseldorf and Geldern /Netherlands.
Shopping facilities such as supermarkets, bakeries, snack bars, etc. can be reached in about 1.2 km.
For smaller purchases, there is a bicycle that can be used.
A nice and considerate interaction with the other flatmates is desired. Cleanliness and tidiness should be a matter of course in the shared rooms.
The landlord lives on the second floor and is very accommodating. Students who attend HSRW(Hochschule Rhine-Waal, which is the same as the Rhein Waal University of Applied Sciences) also live here. The large living room has many sofas and a stove so you can relax very much.
