es handelt sich um ein 15,5 m² großes Zimmer in der Bachstraße 79, Karlsruhe in einer 3er-WG. Die Mitbewohner (1 Diplominformatiker, 1 Auszbildende) sind sehr freundlich und umgänglich und wenig anwesend.
Das Zimmer liegt im obersten Geschoss eines Altbaus und ist daher sehr hell.
Anschlussmöglichkeiten zur Universität und sonstigen Einrichtungen sind sehr gut gegeben durch die zu Fuß in drei Minuten erreichbare S-Bahn-, Tram- unnd Bus-Station (Haltestelle Phillipstraße). Ebenso sind die Einkaufsmöglickeiten äußerst gut und Penny, Neukauf etc.
Die Miete berägt 130 € zzgl. einer Nebenkostenpauschale (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Winterdienst) und Telefon- und Internetflatrate (DSL), sodass mit 230 € monatlich sämtliche Kosten gedeckt sind. Die Kaution beträgt wie angegeben 250 €. Das Zimmer steht ab 1. April 2010 zur Verfügung.
