Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig und ist bis auf ein Bett komplett möbliert.
Es stehen dir zur Verfügung:
- Ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl
- Eine große Kommode mit 12 Fächern
- Ein Nachttisch
- Ein Spiegel
- Vorhänge/Rollos
Ein Bett muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

I am offering my 18sqm room for sublet in a friendly flat share for 4 students. The flat is located at Eppinger Straße 31 on the ground floor.
Furnishings:
The room is bright and spacious and is fully furnished except for one bed.
You have at your disposal:
- A desk with chair
- A large chest of drawers with 12 compartments
- A bedside table
- A mirror
- Curtains/blinds
You must bring your own bed.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man mit Straßenbahn oder Fahrrad im Zentrum und an der Universität. Weiterhin hat man eine sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Straße der Wohnung.

The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood with good public transport connections and nearby shopping facilities. You can reach the city centre and the university in about 10 minutes by tram or bicycle. Furthermore, there is a very good car park directly in the street of the flat.
Du wirst Teil einer offenen und entspannten 4er-Studenten-WG. Zur Zeit sind wir 3 Jungs im Alter von 20 bis 23 Jahren und studieren alle am Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT).

You will be part of an open and relaxed 4-person student flat share. We are currently 3 guys aged between 20 and 23 and all study at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Miete: 430 € Kaltmiete zuzüglich ca. 140€ Nebenkosten (Wasser, Heizung, etc.)
