Das Zimmer wird zum 01.04.2025 frei. Durch die beiden Fenster ist es sehr hell, und auch sehr geräumig. Es ist mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch, einem Sofa, einem Wandregal und einem Smart-TV ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand.
Zum Zimmer gehört noch ein kleiner Abstellraum im Keller und im Hinterhof gibt es eine gute Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung drei Zimmer und einen kleinen Balkon. Die anderen beiden Zimmer werden von mir und Felix bewohnt.
Unser Badezimmer ist klein, aber mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.
Durch die Küche sind alle Zimmer miteinander verbunden und ein schöner Ort sich einfach mal auszutauschen.
Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auch von der Küche aus hat man Zugang zu dem kleinen Balkon, der mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet ist.

The room will be available on 01.04.2025. It is very bright due to the two windows and also very spacious. It is furnished with a bed, a closet, a desk, a sofa, a wall shelf and a smart TV and is in good condition.
The room also has a small storage room in the basement and there is a good storage area for bicycles in the backyard.
The apartment has a total of three rooms and a small balcony. The other two rooms are occupied by me and Felix.
Our bathroom is small, but equipped with everything we need.
All the rooms are connected through the kitchen and it's a nice place to get together.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in der Karlsruher Südstadt.
Der Hauptbahnhof, sowie die Innenstadt und die Universität sind leicht zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man überall in etwa 10 Minuten. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Karlsruher Südstadt ist ein aufstrebendes Viertel mit kultureller Vielfalt.

The apartment is centrally located in Karlsruhe's Südstadt district.
The main train station, the city center and the university are easily accessible on foot, by bike or e-scooter. You can be anywhere by bike in around 10 minutes. There is everything you need for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Karlsruhe Südstadt is an up-and-coming district with cultural diversity.
Das WG-Leben kann mit dir neu gestaltet werden. :) Es ist weder eine Verbindung noch eine Zweck WG.
Das Zusammenleben ist sehr freundaftlich und angehem. Felix ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert am KIT.
Ich bin junggebliebene 42 Jahre alt :) und aktuell im Vorbereitungsdienst an einer Grundschule. Ich habe mich vor 5 Jahren entschlossen das Berufsleben hinter mir zu lassen und Grundschullehramt zu studieren.
Grundsätzlich sind wir eine eher ruhigere WG.

Life in a shared flat can be redesigned with you. :) It is neither a connection nor a purpose shared flat.
Living together is very friendly and pleasant. Felix is 25 years old and studies at KIT.
I am 42 years old at heart :) and currently doing my preparatory service at an elementary school. I decided 5 years ago to leave my professional life behind and study to become a primary school teacher.
Basically we are a rather quiet flat share.
