Room is 20m² , bright and high ceiling makes it look bigger.
It also comes with a small balcony facing Lidl on kriegsstraße.
The WG is located near Weinbrennerplatz. Several tram and bus lines run here, and you can be in the city center or at the train station in just under 10 minutes by bike. The Günther Klotz park is right on the doorstep.
Shops: Lidl opposite, Rewe 5 minutes, weekly market on Gutenbergplatz is also only about 5 minutes away on foot.
When I'm traveling i rent my room to students/interns . You'll like the atmosphere living with Diana studying history/philosophy and Frederick works at Lidl Logistik Management and is also fun with pingpong 🏓 😁
