The room to be rented is 11 m² and will be available from Januar. It has a window front that is bright during the day.The room is partly furnished and comes with the bed, deskt and wardrobe. The more student-style kitchen is fully equipped except for a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and window.
Everything is already included in the rent of 350€ includes electricity, heating, water, maintanence. Sonstige kosten: includes internet and ZDF TAX).

Lage
The apartment is on the 4th floor. The HoPla campus (incl. canteen) can be reached on foot in two minutes (and can be seen from the window!). The train connection runs via the Mittelring stop (3 minutes) or Hollander Platz/Universität (8 minutes). An Edeka, a bakery and a Turkish shop are within walking distance at the Weserspitze. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center. the apartment is very quiet but still very central!
WG-Leben
We are a fairly uncomplicated, open and relaxed shared flat. The kitchen of the apartment is spacious and you could invite your friends to cook, eat and relax together. The fully equipped kitchen offers enough space and all the necessary appliances to prepare meals and put your feet up after the feeling of fullness sets in.
Life in a shared apartment has always been very harmonious with us. We have a fairly easy to follow cleaning schedule, and it's always really clean. If something new has to be bought, we usually take turns.

You would live with me Ali. Im always open to have a nice chat and will always be available for activities of any kind. I normally work on the week days, so you would see me mostly in the afternoon. Maksym, who also recently moved in, is a student and is a great person. You can have a good time with him
