Ich vermiete mein 16m² großes Zimmer für 3 Wochen. Es ist zum Innenhof hin gelegen und komplett möbliert. Zur Einrichtung gehören ein Sofa,welches man zum Doppelbett ausklappen kann, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl und guter Schreibtischlampe zum arbeiten, ein Laserdrucker, ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen, ein Fön, Internet über Kabel und WLAN und ein Telefon mit deutschlandweiter Festnetzflat.
Ihr könnt Euch gerne per Telefon melden.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Uninähe. Zum Audimax benötigt man 7min zu Fuß. Der Schrevenpark ist in 5min zu erreichen und ein Dönerladen sowie eine Tennishalle befinden sich um die Ecke. Zum Rewe sind es auch 7min zu Fuß und in die Innenstadt kommt man mit dem Bus in 10min.
Du würdest mit Stefan,welcher sehr nett und umgänglich ist, während meiner Abwesenheit zusammenwohnen. Er ist 36 Jahre alt, WG-erfahren und Nichtraucher.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung können in der Woche ab 18.30h und am Wochenende ganztägig angeschaut werden.
