Wir, ein Rentner-Ehepaar, vermieten ein leer stehendes Zimmer im 2.OG unseres Hauses. Wir selbst bewohnen das Haus im EG. Das Haus verfügt über einen Vorder- und Hintereingang. Der vordere Eingang wird von den Mietern genutzt, der hintere ausschließlich von uns.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Bädern, einer Küche und einem Balkon ausgestattet. Küchenuntensilien wie Töpfe, Teller, Besteck sowie ein Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
THE ROOM
We, a retired couple, rent an empty room on the 1st floor. We ourselves live in the house on the ground floor. The house has a front and rear entrance. The front entrance is used by the tenants, the rear one exclusively by us.
The room comes furnished. The flat is equipped with two bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony. Kitchen utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery and a refrigerator are also available.
Das Haus befindet sich in der Plöner Str. in Kiel-Ellerbek und ist sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Fußläufig erreichen Sie innerhalb von 2 Min. die Bushaltestelle "Hollmannstraße". Von dort können Sie die Buslinien 22, 71, 101 und 102 Richtung Zentrum nehmen. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Stadt.
7 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt befindet sich die Bushaltestelle "Franziusallee". Von dort fährt die Buslinie 11 Richtung Fachhochschule, die Sie von Tür zur Tür in weniger als 20 Minuten erreichen.
Im nahen Umkreis gibt es Supermärkte und Bäckereien, wo Sie alles für den täglichen Gebrauch besorgen können.
THE LOCATION
The house is located in Plöner Str. In Kiel-Ellerbek and is very well connected to public transport. You can walk to the bus stop "Hollmannstraße" within 2 minutes. From there you can take bus lines 22, 71, 101 and 102 towards city center. You can be in town within 15 minutes by bike.
Furthermore, you can reach the bus stop "Franziusallee" within a 7-minutes walk from the house. From there, you can take the bus line 11 which brings you to the University of Applied Sciences. You can reach the FH from door to door in less than 20 minutes.
Near the house there are supermarkets and bakeries where you can buy everything needed for your everyday life.

The vacant rooms are offered to university students and young professionals who are looking for a quiet, considerate and clean living community. A total of 4 people live on 2 floors.

Schreiben Sie uns, wenn Sie am Zimmer interessiert sind. Online-Besichtigung möglich. Mindestmietdauer 6 Monate. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein Waschcenter.
