Since I'm moving out from the house, we're looking for a new flatmate for long term. It is available until 15 August and contract is 1 year or more. The house is at 85551 Kirchheim bei Munich. KVR- Anmeldung is possible.
The room is quite big around 12 m2 and it is furnished. The warm rent is 450 Euro (+internet fee) and for caution landlord ask for 2 rent. The room and the house is all furnished. For the furnitures in the room (IKEA double bed, IKEA cabinet, study desk, curtain) total price is 600 euros.
2 bathrooms and 1 toilet are shared among 4 flatmates. The house is 3 floors with a big living room and kitchen. Also, has a garden.
You need to take bus and U2 for TUM Main Campus and 2 buses to the TUM Garching Campus. You can also take S bahn with bus. It is quite close to the bus station.

It is located in Kirchheim bei München, 85551. The house is very cosy and silent place. We have a great garden if you're interested with gardening, growing your own plant great place for you :)
We are 3 women living in the house. All of us are master's students at TUM. (Informatik, Management and Environmental Engineering).
There is a cozy and relaxed environment in the house. We all have our school and part-time jobs, however we also love spend time together. We love to cook and watching movies!
It is important for us for a flatmate who is clean, responsible and open communicator. (also fun:) )
