Das Zimmer ist klein, jedoch sehr ruhig, weil es zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Es gibt ein großes Fenster, was den Raum ausreichend erhellt. Dem Zimmer angrenzend, sind nur Küche und Badezimmer. Es ist über den großen Flur begehbar. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit einer hohen Decke ausgestattet, was sie nochmals größer und gemütlicher wirken lässt. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.

The room is small but very quiet because it faces the courtyard. There is a large window that provides enough light for the room. Next to the room are only the kitchen and the bathroom. It is accessible via the large hallway. The entire apartment has high ceilings, which makes it appear even bigger and cozier. The room will be handed over unfurnished.
Die WG liegt im Stadtzentrum von Klagenfurt. Es sind 10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und 5 Minuten zu ÖPNV und Supermarkt. Die Universität ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus erreichbar. Die WG befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Altbau.
The shared apartment is located in the city center of Klagenfurt. It’s a 10-minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to public transport and the supermarket. The university is a 15-minute bike ride or bus ride away. The shared apartment is situated in a beautiful old building.
Es ist eine WG für 4 Menschen, jedoch ziehen jetzt inklusive mir 3 Personen aus. Damit bleibt Marly (Psychologiestudentin aus Deutschland) und weitere 2 noch unbekannte Mitbewohner*innen übrig. Marly wünscht sich ein gutes Verhältnis mit den anderen Mitbewohner*innen und legt Wert auf ein respektvolles und freundschaftliches Miteinander. Marly interessiert sich sehr für Umweltbezogene Themen und natürlich Psychologie und ist sehr lieb und verständnisvoll und einfühlsam:)
It is a shared apartment for 4 people, but now, including me, 3 people are moving out. This leaves Marly (a psychology student from Germany) and 2 other yet unknown flatmates. Marly wishes to have a good relationship with the other housemates and values a respectful and friendly atmosphere. She is very interested in environmental topics and, of course, psychology. She is very kind, understanding, and empathetic :)
