The room is on the 2nd floor with lift access and the kitchen is common on the floor and is cleaned every morning. The washroom is shared by 1 other person and is cleaned professionally every 2 weeks. The floor is all students who are doing different courses. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.
the dormitory is right opposite the university with less than 5 minutes of walk. The lake is maybe 15 minutes by walk and there are direct buses to the inner city every 10 minutes on the week days and 20 minutes on weekends and public holidays. There is a spar and a hofer in walking distance.
The kitchen is really big with all the machines you could need. oven, microwave, toaster, griller, air fryer etc. There's a backyard in the back of the dormitory perfect for hanging out with your friends. The rooftfull ofis also open for ttakingme.
