A bright 23 sqm room is available for rent immediately. The apartment has a fully equipped shared kitchen and a large bathroom (renovated August 2018) with a large shower (120X90)
The shared apartment has a shared garden and a large balcony. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. There are good transport links, the bus stop is not far from the house.

Zur Vermietung steht ab sofort,ein 23qm2 großes helles Zimmer. Zur Wohnung gehört eine komplett eingerichtete Gemeinschafts- Küche und ein großes Bad (renoviert Aug. 2018) mit grosser Dusche (120X90)
Zu der WG gehört ein Gemeinschaftsgarten und ein großer Balkon. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zur mit Nutzung bereit. Gute Verkehrsanbindungen sind vorhanden, die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit vom Haus entfernt.

Life in a shared flat always depends on what you make of it and who is there at the time.
We also sit together, chat and drink a beer, but that's not a requirement for us... if it happens, OK, if not, OK too.
In many shared flats, some people expect you to hang out together all the time, but with us, it's an option, not a must!
...and you can smoke here, no one is discriminated against. :)
Oh, just so you know, this shared flat has been around for 13 years!!!
WG-Leben hängt immer davon ab was Ihr daraus macht, und wer grad da ist.
Wir Sitzen auch zusammen quatschen und trinken en Bierchen, aber das ist bei uns keine Pflicht... wenns sich ergibt ok wenn nicht auch ok.
In vielen WGs erwarten einige das man ständig zusammen abhängt, bei uns ist das ein kann kein muß !
...und bei uns darf geraucht werden, keiner wird diskriminiert. :)
Ach nur mal so, die WG hier gibts seit 13 Jahren!!!
Das Haus wird mit einer Klimafreundlichen Luft-Wärmepumpe beheizt. Also kein CO2 :)
Mülltrennung ist uns ebenfalls wichtig !!
Unsere WG hat auf Grund der grösse von insgesamt 155qm viel Platz :)

Bitte nur dann Melden wenn wirkliches Interesse an einem Zimmer besteht, schreiben und einen Termin machen. Termine die man nicht wahrnehmen möchte bitte dann kurz eine Mitteilung !!!
