A big bright room in a 7-people mixed WG. The room comes with furniture: a writing table, a very big closet, a sofa, a dresser, a chair and a single bed.
The room has a big window with a nice view of the street and a lot of sunlight. The house has a huge common kitchen, two toilets and a shower.
The location is perfect for day-to-day life. The big shopping area called EOC is around 5 minutes away by foot (Aldi, Edeka, McDonalsds, pharmacy, Kodi etc.).
The bus stops are also around 3-4 minutes away. The bus connection is one of the best in town. The university and the main train station are reachable by bus every 30 minutes and take about 20 minutes to arrive.
Walking is around 30 minutes to the train station through the town center.
Even though it is 8 of us living in the house, it's big enough to accommodate everyone - we have 3 floors. You will be sharing the second floor with 3 other people so there is enough privacy.
Currently one person speaks German and Italian, 6 people speak Russian or Kazakh, and another one speaks... Tamil?.
The price includes heating, electricity, water, Wi-fi, laundry... well everything you need.
