Located on the 1st floor of the hosue, this is a very special room in the house as it has a spacious attached terrace (20m2) which is only accessible for the tenant of this room.
The room is fully furnished with:
- Single bed with mattress plus a tray table where you can conveniently put your phone, tablet or books
- Desk and spinny chair
- Wardrobe cabinet with mirror - Stand clothes rack
- Shoe cabinet
- Small bookshelf next to the wardrobe
- Heating with automatic temperature controller (you can set the room temperature comfortably in winter by yourself)
- Large glass door to the terrace
- Smoke detector for your safety.
The house is located at Robert street in Kleve Kellen, about 1km away from HSRW capus. The street is a 30km/h residential street, therefore it is very quiet.
You can reach the campus in just 5mins with bicycle. Nearest bus stop is 3mins walk away with bus S58 directly to the campus in 5mins. You can travel to the Netherlands or Emmerich with the bus SB58.
Supermarkets are in walking distance including all what you need: Aldi, Kaufland, dm, Tedi, Kik. The post office and Paketshops such as DHL, Hermes, GLS are also close by.
The beautiful Naturpark Kleve with a nice lake is just 4mins walk from the house.
This is our girls´house. There are 6 rooms in the house, only rented to female students of HSRW.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equiped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. It is a family kitchen, not student kitchen, so many more equipment and space.
The house has a nice garden. Included in the rent is also the gardening service. We take care of the garden for you. There is a garden house with table and chairs where you can meet friends or studying in the nature and having BBQ in Summer.
The garden has a big cherry tree which has a lot of sweet cherries for you to pick in Summer.
If you have a bicycle, there is a storage place in the garden house to keep your bike safe and dry.
In the basement there is a storage room to keep your unused stuff. There is also a separate laundy room with washing machince and drying area.
There is a cleaning schedule for the common area that all house mates are following to keep the house always tidy and clean.
With all the extra space such as garden, garden house, storage room, laundry room, big kitchen - renting room in our shared house giving you much more living space than to rent room in a shared flat. The house has 140m2 of living space on 650m2 of land including the garden. You pay less for more with us.
