There are three rooms available, the two on the top floor have acess to a small balcony, the one on the groundfloor is next to the terrace. They can be rented with our without furniture. The have all been freshly painted and are equipped with a real wooden floor. They have big windows with lots of natural light.
The house is located right next to the football pitch in Koblach, just one street away from the banks of the Rhine - perfect for leisurely evening walks, bike rides, etc..
Wonderful views of the countryside from both sides, bus connections, shopping facilities, pharmacy etc. are just a few minutes' walk away in the village.
The house has just been renovated and it will be a completely new WG.
The Idea is to fill the house with life and creativity - creating a space for connection and peace and quiet. We are therefore looking for three people who are interested in modern and affordable living space. There are enough other rooms to spend time together, be creative or enjoy nature on your own.
There are plenty of rooms to hang out with each other or space to be alone. The garden is huge with decorative flowers, bee-flower pitch, fruit trees, room for veggies if you feel like growing your own. There is a larg workshop in the backyard with all sorts of tools to be creative. It
