The room itself is small, but the walls are very high. The
room has selt-built second plain, which I used as a loft
bed. This construction created a lot more space in the
room. The room has a south-west-facing window, so the
sun shines into the room from the noon until sunset.
The whole building is old but the windows in the flat are
relatively new, so its not very noisy. The window has
shutter so the street lights are not a problem
Das Haus liegt in Lützel und befindet sich direkt unter
der Balduinbrücke. Es ist leicht zu erkennen an dem
großen Portrait einer Person, was man von der
Balduinbrücke mit Blick auf Lützel aus sehen kann. Man
ist in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt, direkt vor
der Haustür gibt es mehrere Kiosks, Lidl und Netto
erreicht man in 5-10 Minuten, nebenan gibt es eine
türkische Bäckerei und der Bahnhof und Bushaltstellen
sind eine Minute entfernt. Die Moselwiesen sind quasi
auch direkt vor der Haustür.
The flat is in Koblenz Lützel near the "Balduinbrücke"
You walk 10 minutes by foot to the city center, the
historic city. In the vicinity are some kiosks and a some
discounter. Next door is a turkish bakery and there is a
train station and several bus stations nearby. The
meadows next to the river Mosel are very cole and a
nice place to hang out.
IMPORTANT: For the flatmates it's very important that
the person that moves in doesn't eat meat. So you
should be vegetarian or even better vegan.
The flat is furnished but the room will be unfurnished. We are looking for someone already living in germany.
