We’re looking for a new flatmate starting from March to join our cozy and friendly shared flat right in the heart of the city. Here’s a bit about us and the place:
About the Room
Size: 14-16 square meters
Features: The room has a wall that separates it into a working area and a living area, perfect if you need a bit of extra space for both relaxation and productivity.
About the Flat
Location: Prime city center location, close to everything you need.
Current Flatmates:
One female from Thailand
Two males, one from Switzerland and one from the USA
Language: Our common language is English.
Our Lifestyle
We enjoy eating together sometimes, and last summer, we had a blast grilling in the park and going to karaoke bars.
We maintain a cleaning schedule to keep our space tidy. If you can't keep up with it, there’s a fine, which we use to buy cleaning supplies.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can respect and adhere to our cleaning schedule.
Non-smokers only.
Not a party person – occasional get-togethers are fine, but please communicate with us.
