Mein Zimmer liegt zur Südseite raus, mit einer wundervollen Drei-Fenster Front, dadurch Licht durchflutet. Du hast drei einzelne Rollos um es Nachts gemütlich oder Tagsüber schattiger zu haben.
Es ist Rechteckig geschnitten mit wirklich ausreichend Platz. Ja das Zimmer geht zur Kreuzung raus, die Fenster isolieren geschlossen aber mega!
Das Zimmer wird möbliert sein (wie auf den Bildern), in Absprache mit dir werde ich den größten Teil meiner persönlichen Dinge in den Keller Räumen. Wir können aber gern über Nutzung von Bettwäsche, Handtüchern etc. sprechen.
Wenn du mit Pflanzen gut kannst würde ich sie dir gerne anvertrauen oder eben zur Pflege weg geben. Wünschenswert wäre, wenn sie da bleiben können.
My room is south-facing, with a wonderful three-window front, so it's flooded with light. You have three individual blinds to make it cozy at night or shady during the day.
It is rectangular in shape with plenty of space. Yes, the room faces the intersection, the windows insulate closed but mega!
The room will be furnished (as in the pictures), in consultation with you I will put most of my personal belongings in the basement. But we can talk about the use of bed linen, towels etc.
If you are good with plants, I would like to entrust them to you or give them away for care. It would be desirable if they could stay there.
Die Lage ist genial (ECHT!)
Öffi´s: Neumarkt, Friesenplatz, Appellhofplatz und der HBF sind alle in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Einkauf: Aldi ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Rewe in 10 Minuten , der sogar bis 24:00 Uhr auf hat. Bars und Cafe`s sind direkt um die Ecke zu finden.
Umgebung: Der Rhein, der wunderschöne Brüsseler Platz, Stadtgarten oder der Grüngürtel, Kino, Eisdielen oder Mitternachtspommes sind ebenfalls super zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt also wirklich wenig an der Lage zu meckern.
The location is brilliant (REAL!)
Public transportation: Neumarkt, Friesenplatz, Appellhofplatz and the main station are all within 10 minutes walking distance.
Shopping: Aldi is 5 minutes walk away and Rewe in 10 minutes, which is even open until 24:00. Bars and cafés are just around the corner.
Surroundings: The Rhine, the beautiful Brüsseler Platz, Stadtgarten or the green belt, cinema, ice cream parlors or midnight fries are also within walking distance. So there is really little to complain about the location.
Karla (23) Studentin an der Sporthochschule Köln, Niklas (29) der in der Ausbildung zum Heilerzieher steckt und Ich, die gerade ihren Master an der Spoho absolviert.
Folgende Situation:
- Ich werde ab dem 18.07. beruflich und reisend in Frankreich unterwegs sein. Daher wird mein Zimmer bis 08.09. frei sein. Ich werde zwischenzeitig im August 10 Tage da sein, aber dann im Zimmer von Karla mit übernachten, weil sie vermutlich im Urlaub ist (11.-24. August).
Dein Mitbewohner über den gesamten Zeitraum werden also Niklas und Karla sein und (kannst gerne auch mit ihnen vorher quatschen) Sind beide super Menschen!! :) Wir sind auf jeden Fall keine Zweck Wg. Ob eine gemeinsame WG Party, zusammen Essen kochen oder zusammen Sport treiben... alles möglich. Meine Mitbewohner würden sich über abendliche Laberstunden oder mal zusammen kochen freuen. Alles natürlich nach dem Motto nix muss alles kann.
Karla (23), a student at the Cologne Sports University, Niklas (29), who is training to become a curative educator, and me, who is currently completing her Master's degree at Spoho.
The situation is as follows:
- I will be traveling and working in France from 18.07. onwards. My room will therefore be free until 08.09. I will be there for 10 days in August, but will be staying in Karla's room because she is probably on vacation (August 11-24).
Your roommates for the whole period will be Niklas and Karla and (feel free to chat with them beforehand) they are both great people!!! :) In any case, we are not a purposeful flat share. Whether a joint flat share party, cooking dinner together or doing sports together... everything is possible. My flatmates would be happy to have a chat in the evening or cook together. Everything, of course, according to the motto "nothing must, everything can".
Wenn du einen kürzeren Zeitraum (mind. 12.08.) da bleiben möchtest- können wir über alles reden.
