Wir vermieten hier ein helles und gemütliches WG-Zimmer (ca. 7qm) en einer tollen Wohnung im Herzen Kölns - direkt am Salierring 36.
Im 2 OG liegt unsere wunderschöne Wohnung. Alles ist möbliert. Auch das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch etc. ausgestattet, sodass ihr euch um nichts mehr kümmern müsst. Ihr könnt direkt mit dem neuen Job/ Studium/ Praktikum loslegen.
Das Zimmer wird ab sofort zur Miete angeboten und kann auf unbestimmte Zeit übernommen werden.
En der Gesamtmiete von 500€ sind Strom, Heizung, Wasser pauschal enthalten. Es gibt am Jahresende keine Überraschungen bei der Stromrechnung oder Ähnliches. Zum Einzug berechnen wir einmalige Pauschale von 450€ für die Nutzung der Möbel und Geräte, die aber auch alle Reparaturen und Ersatz, z.B. durch Verschleiß, abdeckt und die bei einer Mietzeit unter 1 Jahr beligrech antei

Alquilamos una habitación compartida brillante y súper agradable (aprox. 7 m2) en un gran apartamento en el corazón de Colonia - directamente en Salierring 36.
En la segunda planta se encuentra nuestro hermoso y completamente renovado apartamento y también las habitaciones libres en el apartamento compartido. Todo es nuevo y de alta calidad amueblado. La habitación también está equipada con cama, armario, escritorio, etc. para que ya no tengas que preocuparte por nada. Puede comenzar directamente con su nuevo trabajo/estudio/interna.
La habitación está disponible para alquilar a partir de ahora y puede ser tomada indefinidamente.
El alquiler total de 500€ incluye electricidad, calefacción, agua. No hay sorpresas al final del año con la factura de electricidad o similar. Para entrar en movimiento, cobramos una tarifa plana única de 450€ para el uso de mobiliario y equipo, pero esto también cubre todas las reparaciones y reemplazos, por ejemplo debido al desgaste.
