Hey, ich bin Anna und für den Zeitraum Februar bis April würde ich gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Es handelt sich um eine sanierte, möblierte Altbau-Wohnung mit 2 etwa gleich großen Zimmern (14qm), plus Einbauküche im separaten Wohnraum mit schönem Balkon.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank und jeglichen Möbeln die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind (Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank, Regale etc.).
In der Wohnung wird für den angegebenen Zeitraum ein gemütliches Zimmer frei, in dem du es dir gemütlich machen kannst. Du wirst mit Emy zusammenwohnen, einer aufgeschlossenen und unternehmenslustigen Mitbewohnerin. Emy liebt es zu kochen, backen, Filme anzusehen, über diese zu diskutieren, Musik zu hören und ist sehr an anderen Sprachen und Kulturen interessiert. Falls du Lust auf interessante, lustige Gespräche hast und eine Wohnung gefüllt mit guten Klängen (Musik) suchst, bist du bei uns genau richtig. Wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen!

Hey, I'm Anna and I‘d like to sublet my room from February until April.
It is a renovated, furnished apartment in an old building with 2 rooms of about the same size (14 square meters), plus a fitted kitchen in the separate living room with a nice balcony.
The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and all the furniture you can see in the photos (desk, bed, wardrobe, shelves etc.).
A cozy room will become available in the apartment for the above mentioned time, where you can make yourself at home. You will be living with Emy, an outgoing and adventurous roommate. Emy loves cooking, baking, watching and discussing movies, listening to music and is very interested in other languages and cultures. If you enjoy interesting, fun conversations and have an apartment filled with good sounds (music), you've come to the right place. We look forward to getting to know you
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und eignet sich aufgrund der Nähe zur Universität zu Köln besonders für Student*innen. Alle wichtigen Orte sind fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen:
Zülpicher Straße: 10 Min
Albertus-Magnus-Platz (Universität): 15 Min
ÖPNV Eifelstraße: 1 Min (Linie 12, 15, 16)
ÖPNV Barbarossaplatz: 5 Min (Linie 12, 15, 16, 18)
ÖPNV Poststraße: 8 Min (Linie 3, 4, 16, 18)
Nach der ein oder anderen Nacht auf der Zülpicher Straße hast du es auch nicht weit nach Hause, aber an sich ist man sowieso gut angebunden, sodass man nie lange nach Hause braucht. 🥺
Alles, was du sonst noch brauchst (Penny, Rewe, Tedi, Sparkasse, Lidl etc.), findest du bei uns um die Ecke.
Für Spaziergänge oder Laufrouten in der Natur ist auch der Volksgarten fußläufig (8 Min) erreichbar.

The apartment is centrally located and is particularly suitable for students due to its proximity to the University of Cologne. All important places can be reached very quickly on foot:

After a night or two on Zülpicher Straße, it's not far to get home, but the flat is well connected anyway, so you never need long to get home. 🥺🤭
Everything else you need (Penny, Rewe, Tedi, Sparkasse, Lidl, etc.) can be found around the corner.
For walks or running routes in nature, the Volksgarten is also within walking distance (8 min).
