Welcome to our lovely 9 people (+ cat & dog) house ☀️
Now that two of our long-time residents have decided to depart Cologne, we are looking for 2 great souls to become part of the 227 fam.
The rooms are located on the ground floor of the house.
The Room on the picture is 18m2 for 490€.
The second room is about 10m2 and for 410€
(pictures will be uploaded shortly)
This room is connected to the Garden so when you exit you are able to head directly to the garden.
The house has a wonderful location, located in Bayenthal, and only few minutes away from the Rhine where you can enjoy the sunny weather or go jogging.
5 minutes walk away is Schönhauser Str., where you can take the trams 16 and 17, and in less than 5 minutes you can shop in any supermarket (Penny, Rewe, Alnatura, DM, Lidl). A variety of restaurants can also be found in the area.
We have a large house here, consisting of 4 floors. We all share a cozy kitchen, a dreamy garden and a relaxing balcony. We are a German-English speaking international household, so it would be great if you can communicate in English/both languages. We are looking for someone who is open-minded, fun, chill, respectful of others and would blend right in with the vibe and energy of the house.
We are exclusively looking for someone who is clean and tidy!
As a household we are like a close family. We spend a lot of time together but still respect each other's privacy. We organize few parties on special occasions but don’t party constantly. We simply prefer to hangout together, so it shouldn’t be a problem for you if it gets a bit loud sometimes.
