Welcome to our lovely 9 people (+ cat ) house ☀️
Now that I, a long-time resident, have decided to travel for abit Cologne, we are looking for a great soul to take my place in the meantime.
The rooms is located on the second floor of the house.
The Room is 25m2 for 490€.
Location:
The house has a wonderful location, located in Bayenthal, and only few minutes away from the Rhine where you can enjoy the sunny weather or go jogging.
5 minutes walk away is Schönhauser Str., where you can take the trams 16 and 17, and in less than 5 minutes you can shop in any supermarket (Penny, Rewe, Alnatura, DM, Lidl). A variety of restaurants can also be found in the area.
Flatshare:
We have a large house here, consisting of 4 floors. We all share a cozy kitchen, a dreamy garden and a relaxing balcony. We are a German-English speaking international household, so it would be great if you can communicate in English/both languages. We are looking for someone who is open-minded, fun, chill, respectful of others and would blend right in with the vibe and energy of the house.
The dog is mine and won’t be home in your time being.
Misc:
We are exclusively looking for someone who is clean and tidy! I will be leaving my furniture in the room.
As a household we are like a close family. We spend a lot of time together but still respect each other's privacy. We organize few parties on special occasions but don’t party constantly. We simply prefer to hangout together, so it shouldn’t be a problem for you if it gets a bit loud sometimes. 🥰
