Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Gäste WC, Hauptbadezimmer mit WC und Badewanne. Großer Garten mit Tischtennisplatte, Grillmöglichkeit, Hängematte und Ecklounge. Vom Garten und auch aus dem Küchenfenster haben wir Rheinblick.
Im Zimmer stehen ein neuwertiges Bett inkl. Matratze, ein dreitüriger Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel, neuwertiger Schreibtisch, Sessel, Deckenbeleuchtung, Nachttisch mit Lampe, Beistelltisch sowie ein großer, platzsparend an einem Schwenkarm an die Wand montierter Flatscreen (ohne Empfang, aber z.B. für Gaming oder alles via HDMI Kabel sehr gut geeignet) und ein Steelcase Rollcontainer mit 3 Schubladen (abschließbar) zur Verfügung. Weitere eigene Möbel können mitgebracht werden. Das Fenster verfügt über elektrische Jalousien.
WLAN, Digital TV, Playstation 4, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle usw. kann alles mitbenutzt werden. Besuch kann nach Absprache natürlich auch empfangen werden.
Der Mieter bekommt für die Mietzeit das Gäste WC für sich allein zur Benutzung zur Verfügung gestellt, zum Duschen / Baden / Rasieren etc. kann er das Hauptbadezimmer nutzen. Das Wohnzimmer und die offene Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt.

The apartment has a total of 3 rooms. Living room with open kitchen. Guest toilet, main bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Large garden with table tennis, barbecue, hammock and corner lounge. We have a view of the Rhine from the garden and also from the kitchen window.
The room has a bed including mattress, a 3-door wardrobe with mirror, a desk, armchair, ceiling lighting, bedside table with lamp, side table and a large, space-saving flat screen mounted on a swivel arm on the wall (without reception, but for gaming, for example via HDMI cable is very suitable) and a rollcontainer with 3 drawers (lockable) is available. You can bring your own furniture. The window has electric blinds.
WiFi, digital TV, Playstation 4, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, etc. can all be used. Visitors can of course also be received by arrangement.
The tenant is provided with the guest toilet for their own use during the rental period; they can use the main bathroom for showering/bathing/shaving etc. The living room and the open kitchen are shared.

Direkt am Rhein gelegen, KVB Haltestelle 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Supermärkte (Penny, REWE, Alnatura und dm) und ein Kiosk sowie Bäcker, Gemüseladen, Eisdiele und diverse Restaurants und Kneipen ebenfalls in wenigen Gehmiuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist ruhig gelegen, das Zimmer liegt zur ruhigen Straße raus, durch die gute 4-fach Isolierung hört man die Hauptstrasse auf der anderen Seite oder die KVB auch nicht im Wohnzimmer.

Located directly on the Rhine, KVB stop 7 minutes' walk away. Supermarkets (Penny, REWE, Alnatura and dm) and a kiosk as well as a bakery, greengrocer, ice cream parlor and various restaurants and pubs are also just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment itself is in a quiet location, the room faces the quiet street, thanks to the good 4-way insulation you can't hear the main street on the other side or the KVB even in the living room.

Ich bin in der Woche berufstätig sowie am Wochenende auch häufig für Nebenjobs unterwegs, offen für abendliche Gesellschaft, z. B. beim Filme ansehen aus unserer riesigen Online Mediathek, kann aber auch gut alleine sein. Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, ist das voll in Ordnung. Keiner muss sich an- oder abmelden, Privatsphäre ist gewährleistet.
Da ich bei einer Foodsaver Gemeinschaft bin, profitiert der Mieter auch von gelegentlichen gratis Lebensmitteln. Brot, Obst, Gemüse aber auch ab und an Fleisch und Milchprodukte oder Süßes sind hier für lau abzugreifen.

I am 46 years old, I work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the week and often travel for part-time jobs on the weekends. I am open to socializing in the evenings E.g. when watching films from our huge online media library, but it can also be done alone. If you need some peace and quiet, that's totally fine. Nobody has to log in or out, privacy is guaranteed.
Since I am part of a Foodsaver community, the tenant also benefits from occasional free groceries. Bread, fruit, vegetables but also occasionally meat and dairy products or sweets are sometimes available here for free.
