Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster, durch das besonders morgens die Sonne scheint. Es ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Kommode und Kleiderstange und einem Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage mitten in Ehrenfeld. Die Linie 5 liegt quasi direkt vor der Haustür, zu Linie 3 und 4 sind es zu Fuß ca. 7 Minuten und der Bahnhof in Ehrenfeld ist auch nur 10min entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und coole Cafes/ Restaurants in der Nähe.
Es handelt sich um eine 2er-WG und du würdest mit Theresa zusammenwohnen. Wir sind sehr gut befreundet und es war bisher immer eine sehr entspannte und zwanglose Atmosphäre, aber natürlich hat auch jede Person ihren eigenen Alltag und wenn man mal Zeit für sich braucht, wird das natürlich akzeptiert.
Da ich meine Möbel und ein paar andere Sachen in meinem Zimmer und der WG lasse, würde ich einen Abschlag von 500€ nehmen :)
