Hi:) Ich bin Yen und ich suche 2 neue Mitbewohner:innen!
Bader und Lee werden ab dem 01.08. ausziehen und ich suche 2 neue Mitbewohner:innen:) Da Bader der Hauptmieter war, wird einer von uns 3 (meine neue Mitbewohner:innen) der neue Hauptmieter:in sein und das müssen wir zwischen uns abklären bei wem es am sinnvollsten ist als Hauptmieter zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 hellen Zimmern und einem Korridor, der alle Zimmer verbindet. Natürlich gibt es auch eine ziemlich große Küche, in der wir auch gerne mal zusammen essen oder einen Kaffee trinken und quatschen, mit Geschirrspüler und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche. Wir haben Liebe in die WG gesteckt und sie mit Bildern, Postern und vielem mehr geschmückt. Daher würden wir uns freuen, wenn das auch weiterhin der Fall wäre :)
Das erste Zimmer (von Lee) wäre 15 qm groß und ist auf der Westseite, man hat also Nachmittagssonne und kriegt wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge mit .
Das 2. Zimmer (von Bader) ist etwas größer, ca. 18 Quadratmeter groß und Bader würde auch gerne ein paar Möbeln (Bett, Couch, Garderobenstand…) für ungefähr 200€ verkaufen.
Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine im Keller.
Es wird auch Zusatzkosten für Ungrfähr 150€ geben (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spüllmaschine...).

The apartment consists of 3 bright rooms and a corridor that connects all rooms. Of course, there is also a fairly large kitchen, where we also like to eat together or have a coffee and chat, with dishwasher and a bathroom with bath/shower. We have put love into the WG and decorated it with pictures, posters and much more. Therefore, we would be happy if this would continue to be the case :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Junkersdorf und ist 5 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Mohnweg entfernt, welche mit der Straßenbahnlinie 1 zu erreichen ist. Quasi direkt neben unserer Wohnung befindet sich Gaststätte Bei mir zu Haus, wo man traditionelle kölsche Küche finden oder auch einfach nur Kölsch trinken kann. Etwa 10 Minuten Laufweg entfernt lassen sich ein Alnatura, sowie ein Penny finden und auch ein Rewe fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn Bahnfahren nicht stört, ist man in 2 Stationen am Rhein-Center, das größte Einkaufszentrum Kölns. Hier hat man 180 Shops zur Auswahl um sein konsumierendes Herz höher schlagen zu lassen.
Die Haltestelle Aachener Straße ist mit der Bahn in unter 10 Minuten erreicht. Von dort kann man zum Beispiel nach Ehrenfeld oder auch Sülz fahren. Möchte man gerne in die Stadt, so ist man in 15 Minuten am Aachener Weiher oder in 20 Minuten am Rudolfplatz oder Neumarkt. Die Welt steht euch also offen.
Die Uni ist über die Haltestelle universitätsstr. leicht zu erreichen und die Spoho ist direkt um die Ecke. Dort gehen wir auch mal nur in die Mensa oder Bibliothek, wenn es sich ergibt.
Mit einem Fahrrad geht natürlich alles viel schneller und man ist sehr flexibel. Auch die S-Bahn Station Lövenich ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad und die S-Bahn Station Weiden West mit der Tram schnell erreichbar.

Next to the flat you can find a traditional Kölsch Restaurant, where you can either grab something to eat or just have a Kölsch :) If you want to go shopping you can find a Alnatura, as well as a penny in walkingdistance (10 minutes) and also can take the Tram (2 Stations) to go the Rhein-Center, the biggest Mall in Cologne where you can find over 180 Stores. If youre studying at the Spoho you are in Luck. The Sporthochschule is away one station by tram and on a nice day you can easily walk there too :). To go to Aachener Weiher, the University or Neumarkt you can just take the Line 1 for 10-20 Minutes so even when you study at the University its not to far away.
With a bike, of course, everything goes much faster and you are very flexible. The Lövenich S-Bahn station can also be reached quickly on foot or by bike and the Weiden West S-Bahn station by tram.
Hallo, ich bin Yen und studiere den Masterstudiengang Rehabilitation, Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement an der Sporthochschule Köln. Vor fast sieben Jahren habe ich meine Heimat Taiwan verlassen und bin nach Deutschland gekommen. Momentan schreibe ich meine Masterarbeit und mache gleichzeitig ein Praktikum.
Neben meiner Arbeit als Sporttherapeutin und Athletiktrainerin liebe ich es, neue Sportarten auszuprobieren und an verschiedenen kulturellen und künstlerischen Aktivitäten teilzunehmen. Ich genieße es auch mal zu Hause zu bleiben, einen gemütlichen Abend mit Freunden zu verbringen oder einfach ME Time mit mir selbst zu haben.
Ich versuche minimalistisch zu leben. Sauberkeit und eine harmonische Atmosphäre in der Wohnung sind mir wichtig. Eine respektvolle Kommunikation spielt eine große Rolle.
Ich suche Mitbewohner:innen, mit denen man leicht reden kann und die aufgeschlossen sind.
Ich wünsche mir eine Wohnung, die sowohl von den Persönlichkeiten als auch von den Geschlechtern her vielfältig ist. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind ein MUSS. Ich bin immer für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und eine gute Zeit zusammen, aber ich schätze auch Zeit für mich, um zu entspannen und neue Energie zu tanken.

Hello, I am Yen and I am studying for a Master's degree in Rehabilitation, Prevention, and Health Management at the Cologne Sports University. Almost seven years ago, I left my home in Taiwan and came to Germany. At the moment, I am writing my master's thesis and doing an internship at the same time.
In addition to my work as a sports therapist and athletic trainer, I love trying out new sports and participating in various cultural and artistic activities. I also enjoy staying at home, spending a cozy evening with friends, or just having some ME time by myself.
I try to live minimally. Cleanliness and a harmonious atmosphere in the apartment are important to me. Respectful communication plays a significant role.
I am looking for roommates with whom I can easily talk and who are open-minded. I wish for an apartment that is diverse in terms of personalities and genders. Cleanliness and order are a MUST. I am always up for shared activities and a good time together, but I also value time for myself to relax and recharge.
