Das Zimmer ist hell und möbliert mit einer Matratze, einem Schreibtisch, einem Schreibtischstuhl, einem Kleiderständer und einer Kommode. Es bietet viel Platz und Komfort für das tägliche Leben und Arbeiten.
Du müsstest dir ein Bett mitbringen/besorgen, alles andere ist da :)
Das Apartment verfügt über ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Beamer. Hier laufen regelmässig Sportveranstaltungen wie Formel 1, die Olympischen Spiele, Radrennen usw.. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Ofen und Geschirrspüler. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Eingangsbereich. Insgesamt ist es eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung.

The room is very light and comes with a mattress, a desk, a desk chair, a clothes rack, and a dresser. It offers plenty of space and comfort for daily living and working (cost to be discussed).
You would need to bring/get a bed, everything else is there :)
The apartment features a very large living room with a projector, where I often watch many sports events like Formula 1, the Olympics, cycling, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. There is also a small entryway. Overall, it is a very cozy apartment.

Ein charmantes und ruhiges Viertel in Köln. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Edeka und ein Rewe ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Deutsche Sporthochschule ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ‘Mohnweg’, ist leicht zu erreichen und es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür. Ein großer Park ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und bietet ideale Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und Erholung. Das Rheincenter liegt ebenfalls in der Nähe und bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist der ideale Ort für jemanden, der eine gut angebundene und dennoch ruhige Wohngegend sucht.

Ich bin Ella, 24 und studiere Sportpsychologie im Master an der Spoho. Ich bin eine nette und freundliche kanadisch-deutsche Eishockeyspielerin, die gern viele verschiedene Sportarten schaut und gleichgesinnte Menschen trifft. Ausserdem bin ich gerne kreativ und nähe oder sticke gern.
Ich suche jemanden, der ab und zu gerne ein gutes Gespräch führt, aber auch seinen Freiraum schätzt. Dies ist keine Zweck-WG, daher würd ich mich freuen, wenn wir auch mal was unternehmen.
Ich würde jemanden bevorzugen, der zur Spoho geht oder vorhat, dort hinzugehen.
Ich bin nicht die Putzpolizei, aber ich suche jemanden, der in der Lage ist, sich auf einen angemessenen Reinigungsrhythmus zu einigen.
Mein sehr süßer 14 Jahre alter Kater Bouli, der die meiste Zeit schläft, wird ebenfalls mit uns in der Wohnung leben.

I am Ella, 24 and I'm currently doing my masters in sport psychology at the German Sport University. I am a nice, and friendly Canadian-German hockey player who watches a lot of different sports and would love to meet like-minded people. Besides that I like to be creative and sew or do embroidery.
I am looking for someone who sometimes likes to have a good chat but also enjoys their own space. This is not a Zweck-WG, so I'd be happy if we'd hang out every once in a while.
I would prefer someone who goes to Spoho or intends to go there.
I am not the cleaning police, but I am looking for a mature person who is able to agree on an adequate level of cleaning rhythm.
My very cute 14-year-old cat Bouli, who sleeps all the time, will also be living in the apartment with us.
