da ich im April 2 1/2 Wochen nicht in Köln sein werde, biete ich mein Zimmer für eine Zwischenmiete an. Dein Fenster geht zur Straße hin, was aber in der Breuerstraße gar kein Problem ist, hier ist es nämlich ziemlich ruhig :)
Da es sich ja um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, bleiben alle Möbel drin.

Hello dear room seekers :)
as I won't be in Cologne for a around two weeks in April, I'm offering my room for an interim rent. Your window faces the street, which is no problem at all in Breuerstraße, because it's pretty quiet here :)
As it's a temporary rental, all the furniture will stay inside.
Zur Haltestelle Kalk Kapelle sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Trimbornstraße bei entspanntem Tempo 15. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastrooptionen sind reichlich vorhanden, vor allem auf der Kalker Hauptstraße, aber auch die Köln Arcaden (Einkaufszentrum) sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

5 minute walk from the tram/metro stop Kalk Kapelle, 15 mins to Trimbornstraße at a relaxed pace. Lots of shops and restaurants around, mostly on the Kalker Hauptstraße, but Köln Arcaden (mall) is just a 10 min walk away as well.
Du würdest mit Max, Emma und Jule (Emmas Hündin) zusammenleben. Max ist Sozialarbeiter:in und Masterstudent:in im Fach Innovationsmanagement in der Sozialen Arbeit. Emma arbeitet in einer Wohngruppe in Bonn. Raum für Rückzug ist gegeben so viel gewünscht, wenn Du eher Lust hast, bei Küchenbegegnungen zu quatschen oder mal mit Gassi zu gehen, besteht auch dazu die Möglichkeit. Jule freut sich jederzeit über Aufmerksamkeit und wickelt erfahrungsgemäß alle um den Finger.

You would live with Max, Emma and Jule (Emma's dog). Max is a social worker and a Master's student specialising in innovation management in social work. Emma works in a residential group in Bonn. There is room for retreat as much as desired, if you feel more like chatting during kitchen encounters or going for a walk, there is also the possibility to do so. Jule is always happy to receive attention and, from experience, has everyone wrapped around her finger.
