Hi ich bin Moritz und räume für zirka zwei Monate den Platz in meiner WG, weil es mich für ein Praktikum nach Frankfurt zieht. :)
Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig und wurde in diesem Jahr frisch renoviert. Du hast ein ca. 12 qm Zimmer und ein großes Zimmer im Dachgeschoss zur freien Verfügung. Die Bodenfläche davon ist soweit ich weiß bei zirka 40 Quadratmetern. Aufgrund der Dachschrägen und der Brandschutzverordnung werden aber nur 10 davon im Mietvertrag angerechnet.
Wir sind auch erst im August eingezogen, die wichtigsten Möbel sind aber da. Von meinen Möbeln darfst du alles benutzten: In meinem Zimmer steht ein großes Bett, ein Nachttisch und ein großer Schrank, oben in der Etage ist bisher nur mein Schreibtisch (einer dieser coolen Tische, der zum Stehtisch ausfahren kann) und eine kleine Sofaecke mit Fernseher.
Unsere Küche ist komplett neu.

Hi, I'm Moritz and I'm moving out of my shared flat for about two months because I'm moving to Frankfurt for an internship. :)
The flat is bright and spacious and was freshly renovated this year. You have a room of about 12 square metres and a large room in the attic at your disposal. As far as I know, the floor area is about 40 square metres. However, due to the sloping roof and the fire protection regulations, only 10 square metres of this is included in the rental agreement.
We only moved in in August, but the most important furniture is there. You can use all of my furniture: In my room there is a large bed, a bedside table and a large wardrobe, upstairs on the first floor there is so far only my desk (one of those cool tables that can be extended into a high table) and a small sofa corner with a TV.
Our kitchen is completely new.
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage in Kalk. Die Haltestelle Kalk Kapelle ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, von dort aus erreicht man den Bahnhof Messe/Deutz in 5 Minuten. Ein Netto und ein Norma sind auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The flat is in a quiet location in Kalk. The Kalk Kapelle railway station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, from there you can reach the Messe/Deutz railway station in 5 minutes. A Netto and a Norma are also just a few minutes' walk away.
Du wohnst mit Robert zusammen, der unten einen kleinen Text einfügt. Ich habe Ihnen als recht ruhigen und freundlichen Mitbewohner erlebt, mit dem man aber auch ab und zu einen Film schauen oder zusammen kochen kann. :)
Robert: Hi ich bin 26 und studiere an der TH Bibliothek und digitale Kommunikation im sechsten Semester. Ich bin in meinem Praxissemester, also aktuell Vollzeit berufstätig. Ich habe jetzt schon 3 Jahre WG-Erfahrung aus der Zeit meiner Ausbildung (auch Bibliothek) und das halbe Jahr mit Moritz. Bisher habe ich das gemeinsame Kochen und gesellige Zusammensitzen immer genossen, aber auch kein Problem damit, wenn die Zimmertür mal zu bleibt.
Trotz des Studienfachs bin ich nicht der klassische Stubenhocker, sondern gehe gerne mal mit Freunden raus in die Natur oder mache Sport, alles von Fußball über Schwimmen bis zum Bouldern.
Ich bin ziemlich entspannt und wünsche mir ein harmonisches Zusammenleben. Alles weitere können wir dann bei einer Wohnungsbesichtigung besprechen. :)

Robert: Hi, I'm 26 and I'm studying Library and Digital Communication at the TH in my sixth semester. I'm in my practical semester, so I'm currently working full-time. I already have 3 years of experience in shared flats from the time of my training (also library) and half a year with Moritz. So far, I've always enjoyed cooking and socialising together, but I also have no problem if the door to my room stays closed.
Despite being a student, I'm not the classic couch potato, but enjoy going out into nature with friends or doing sports, everything from football and swimming to bouldering.
I'm pretty relaxed and would like to live together in harmony. We can discuss everything else during a flat viewing. :)
Waschmaschine ist aktuell noch nicht da, aber schon bestellt! Und um eine Spülmaschine kümmern wir uns auch bald.
Habe ich etwas vergessen zu sagen, was dich interessiert? Dann schreib mir hier doch bitte eine kurze Nachricht, bei der Du dich kurz vorstellst.
Ich weiß, wie zeitaufwendig in Köln die Wohnungssuche ist und erwarte keinen langen Text. ;)
