ich bin Jakob (34) und suche für ab sofort eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in.
Dein neues Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und kann möbliert (wenn möbliert, kämen die Kosten dafür nochmal zum Abschlag hinzu) übergeben werden:
- Die Gardinen und Rollos, die perfekt ins Zimmer passen, KÖNNEN für 180 € übernommen werden (in gutem Zustand)
- Weiße Kommode & weißer Kleiderschrank für 250 € (in gutem Zustand) KÖNNEN ebenfalls gern übernommen werden
In der Miete ist bereits alles an Kosten enthalten. Zur WG gehört ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer.
In dem Abschlag enthalten sind Anschaffungen, die von allen bisherigen Mitbewohnern gemeinsam getätigt wurden.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhig gelegenen Wohngegend in Kalk - kein Party-Volk in der Nähe, keine lauten Nachbarn.
Die Autobahnauffahrt ist direkt nebenan (hört man aber nicht) und somit hast du als Autofahrer eine sehr schnelle Verbindung in die Stadt rein oder aus der Stadt raus.
Spätis in der Nähe gibt's genug, der REWE / Aldi ist zu Fuß in 5-10 min. zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad bist du in ca. 5 Minuten an den Arkaden. Dort befindet sich auch die Bahnhaltestelle "Kalk Post". Mit der 1 oder 9 kommt man z. B. ohne Umsteigen zum Neumarkt/Rudolfplatz. Bei der Haltestelle "Kalk Kapelle" fahren auch die 1 und die 9.
Und für die Pumper*innen: McFit ist fußläufig 10 min entfernt.
Der Rhein ist in ca. 12 Min. mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen und es gibt auch in der Nähe einen schönen weitläufigen Park.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area in Kalk - no party people nearby, no noisy neighbors.
The highway entrance is right next door (but you can't hear it), so as a driver, you have a very fast connection into or out of the city.
There are plenty of convenience stores ("Späti") nearby. The REWE/Aldi can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. You can reach the shopping center "Arkaden" in about 5 minutes by bike. There is also the tram stop "Kalk Post" located there. You can take tram 1 or 9, for example, without transferring, to Neumarkt/Rudolfplatz. Trams 1 and 9 also stop at "Kalk Kapelle."
And for the fitness enthusiasts, McFit is a 10-minute walk away.
The Rhine River can be easily reached in about 12 minutes by bike, and there is also a beautiful spacious park nearby.
