Hello!
I'm subletting my room between 21st July until end of September. It's 14qm, dachgeschoss, sunset light with a big desk.
As common areas: a small-cute kitchen, a retro bathroom w/ bathtub, a washing room and the hobit room: abstellkammer.
The month is 370€, we could talk about it depending on the length of your stay.
The flat is in a lively but calm street 5 min away from S and U in Kalk-Humboldt-Gremberg. There's parks and plenty supermarkets (Rewe, Netto, Lidl, dm, turkish and maroccoan), cafés, restaurants, farmacy, kalk arcaden and shops around. Rhein is 20min walk away.
It's in a 3 people shared flat, with Saioa (23) and Fabian (29), who also study media art, in a building with other nice wgs and hof with some chairs and bbq were to chill.
The life in the wg is calm and spontaneous. Sometimes with some cooking nights, walks, ping-pong and brunches together. The flat is cleaned once a week.
