da meine Mitbewohnerin aus der WG auszieht, suche ich eine Nachmieterin für ihr schönes WG Zimmer.
Es ist ca. 12 qm groß, rechteckig geschnitten und liegt zur Limmerstraße heraus.
Da die Fenster neuerdings erst vom Vermieter ausgetauscht wurden, bekommt man von der Straßenbahn nicht viel mit.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert ohne Fernseher übergeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG direkt an der Limmerstraße, wo man alle Geschäfte findet, die man zum täglichen Leben braucht.
Ein Supermarkt befindet sich im Nebenhaus.
Außerdem liegt die Haltestelle Ungerstraße direkt vor der Haustür, sodass man mit der 10 schnell in der Innenstadt ist.
Die Uni und die Hochschule sind nach kurzer Fahrtzeit zu erreichen.
Ich bin Steffi, 26 Jahre alt und mache eine Ausbildung in Hannover.
Wenn ich nicht gerade meinen Hobbies nachgehe, bin ich immer für ein Gespräch oder einen geselligen Kochabend zu haben.
Laute WG-Partys sind bei mir aber eher nicht erwünscht.
