The flat is a shared WG with 4 people in total. There are 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen, and the apartment is on the ground floor with a balcony overlooking a small garden—perfect for chilling or having a barbecue in the warmer months.
The room is fully furnished, and I’ll be leaving my kitchen utensils for you to use (pots, pans, cutlery, water kettle, etc.).
You’ll be living with three flatmates: two females and one male. Everyone is friendly and easygoing.
The location is very well connected:
• Just 2 minutes on foot to the nearest public transport stop
• Around 8 minutes by bike to Uni Köln
• REWE, DM, and Rossmann are just down the street (2 mins on foot)
• Aachener Weiher park is about 10 minutes’ walk away
• There’s also a laundry room
