big windows, floor heating furnisched. bed etc. there are two toilets , for 4 persons, it's really 3 steps from your room door and the toilet. the 4 rooms are located in the 4 corner of the house so you never share a wall with one another room. the livigroom is spacious , probably 40 meter square at least .
so walking 5 minutes you get to the 12 15 . walking 7 minutes you can get to the 13 as well. there us a bus that go to ebertplatz just on the street and one that go up north .
16 minutes walk , you get to the train line bit most of the times is easier to get to hansaring.
you are at the top floor but there is an elevator.
you will leave with 3 khm students. so sometime can be a bit chaotic, but for most of days they will probably be too busy and you will not see nobody. The kitchen is not that big so you'll have to adapt , is the main downside.
is a angebote . I move to Vienna. for a long term stay they are looking for another kunst student but if you are a artist you might get a chance too.
in case of a long term the real price is 490 warm.
