Hallo,
da ich im Winter länger unterwegs sein werde, wird mein Zimmer von Mitte Januar bis Anfang März frei. Ich und meine Mitbewohnis freuen sich auf eine nette Zwischenmiete für diese Zeit. Ein paar Tage mehr oder weniger sind auch kein Problem.
Wir wohnen hier zu viert in einem Haus mit kleinem Garten, großer Terrasse, 2 Balkonen und großem gemeinschaftlichen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Mein bzw. dein Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß, hell und hat einen schönen Blick in grüne Gärten. Es ist komplett möbliert und ich werde ein paar Sachen von mir im Keller verräumen, damit du genügend Platz für deinen Kram hast.
Du wirst mir drei sehr lieben Menschen zusammenwohnen und mit ihnen unsere großen Gemeinschaftsbereiche teilen. Da uns ein nettes Miteinander wichtig ist, würden wir dich vorher gerne kurz kennenlernen. Am liebsten bei einem Besuch in unserem Haus, online geht aber auch :)

Hello,
as I will be travelling for a longer period this winter, my room will be available from the middle of January to the beginning of March. Me and my flatmates are looking forward to a nice interim rent for this time. A few days more or less is no problem.
There are four of us living here in a house with a small garden, large terrace, 2 balconies and a large communal living room with an open-plan kitchen. My or your room is about 16m² in size, bright and has a beautiful view of the green gardens. It is fully furnished and I will store some of my things in the basement so that you have enough space for your stuff.
You'll be living with three lovely people and sharing our large communal areas with them. As it's important to us that we get on well together, we'd like to get to know you beforehand. Preferably during a visit to our house, but online is also possible :)
